Basement Renovations
A finished basement can add valuable living space to your home and create room for the way you want to use it.
North Projects delivers basement renovations throughout Calgary, transforming unfinished or outdated basements into comfortable, functional spaces that feel connected to the rest of the home.
From family rooms and home offices to bedrooms, bathrooms and entertaining spaces, we manage the construction required to make better use of the space you already have.
Basement Renovations
Basements often come with their own set of considerations, from existing mechanical systems and ceiling heights to natural light, layout and access.
We work through these details early to develop a layout that makes practical use of the available space while accommodating the requirements of the existing home.
Throughout construction, North Projects coordinates the trades and oversees the work on site, including framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry and finishing.
Making the Most of Your Space
More Than Additional Square Footage
A basement should feel like an extension of your home rather than a completely separate space.
Materials, lighting, finishes and details can all help create that connection while still allowing the basement to serve a different purpose from the main living areas.
Our focus is on creating a finished space that feels comfortable, considered and suited to how you plan to use it.
